Spesifikasi Yongnuo YN-560IV hampir sama dengan YN-560 III kecuali ada fungsi Master Flash, yang biasanya terdapat pada YN-560 TX. Bedanya YN-560 IV bisa mengatur sampai 3 grup saja.
